The Role with Us

As a process operator, you will be responsible for the operation of our mobile asphalt plants as well as repair and maintenance work. Our mobile asphalt plants are primarily set up in the northern parts of Sweden, but occasionally we also receive assignments in the southern regions. During peak season, working hours may vary. In winter, most of the work involves repairs and maintenance in preparation for the upcoming season, with more flexible working hours/time for leave.  

Your Experience

You have experience in service-oriented work and preferably similar tasks with a focus on electrical and mechanical work, as well as being accustomed to working in a computer environment. Practical experience from paving/plant operation is advantageous, as well as practical experience from crushing plants/concrete stations/larger industries, as well as welding and mechanics are considered merits.

Your Qualities

As a person, you are stress-resistant and have good teamwork skills, are self-driven and creative. You should be knowledgeable in welding and repairs.

Additional Information

A valid driver's license (B) is required, and access to your own car.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with the work location to be agreed upon.

Since the workplace is mobile, working in locations other than the designated location is common.
